3.1 Your order resp. purchasing data

If you order from us in the online shop or via the order hotline by telephone or purchase something from our branches, your order and / or purchase data will be collected by us. Order or purchase data include:

3.3 Payment details

We offer you the payment methods that are often used in online trade. These are: IDeal, credit / debit card and invoice. Depending on the payment method you choose when ordering, we transfer the payment data collected for that purpose to the credit institution responsible for the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service providers engaged by us to process the payments. Without these payment data and payment service providers, processing of payments and settlement of contracts is not possible.

4. Newsletters

You can sign up for our newsletters in which we will keep you regularly informed of our new products and promotions.

We use the so-called opt-in procedure to register our newsletters. This means that we only send you newsletters by e-mail if you have registered for this via our website or have registered for this at our event. Once you have confirmed that you wish to receive the newsletter, we will store your e-mail address, the time of registration and the IP address used for registration until you unsubscribe. In our newsletter we use market-based technologies with which the interaction with the newsletter can be measured (e.g. opening the e-mail, links clicked). For general statistical analyzes and for optimization and further development of our content and communication with the customer, the data is pseudonymised by us. This is done with the help of small graphic elements integrated into the messages (so-called pixels). The data is only collected pseudonymised, so the IDs are not linked to your other personal data and can never be traced back to you directly.

If you do not want your usage behavior to be analyzed, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter (see below) or disable the graphics in your e-mail program by default. Through our newsletter we want to share content that is as relevant as possible to our customers and better understand what readers are actually interested in. The data about the interaction with our newsletters are stored pseudonymously for 6 months and then completely anonymized.

5. Website
